What snack would you eat right now?
It’s just after 4:30 am where I live. I have already broken my overnight fast, so I’m not hungry right now. When I do get hungry again, I will eat a healthy snack.
My cholesterol has been borderline high for the last several months. I read that plant-based proteins reduce LDL and overall cholesterol. I bought a bag of pistachios to see if eating them makes a difference.
It’s a tasty experiment!
It is 1/12/24 and it is 4:49 AM for me and I am CRAVING cheddar cheese cubes and grapes right now. That is what I would eat right now if I had these things. I am getting them from the store today. I tend to love snacks like this anywhere between 12 am and 5 am if I am awake lol. Cheese cubes, grapes or apples are my go to 🙂
